Do I really pay nothing monthly?
Correct — footage records to an NVR you own. There's no cloud storage subscription. The only ongoing cost is your existing internet connection for remote viewing.
UniFi Protect or Hikvision — which is right for my home?
We install both and recommend based on the property. UniFi shines for app experience and network integration; Hikvision offers powerful active-deterrence and ColorVu low-light options. We'll walk your property and spec what fits.
Wired or wireless cameras?
Wired (PoE), almost always. Battery cameras miss events, need charging and depend on Wi-Fi strength. A professionally wired system records continuously and just works — that's most of what you're paying us for.
Can you see my cameras?
No. Your system is yours — we configure it so only you (and people you authorize) have access. We're available for support whenever you need us.
How long does an install take?
Most residential systems are done in a day. Larger commercial jobs are scoped up front with a clear timeline in your quote.
